My favorite part of the health and fitness industry has always been the people. I genuinely love all of my incredible friends who are like-minded—the health-focused mamas and families, the men and women who put extra time and intention into nourishing their homes, and the ones who are always learning, growing, and sharing what works. I love discovering new recipes, trying fresh workouts, and being surrounded by people who are full of vitality, discipline, and joy. There’s something so uplifting about a community that values health—not just physically, but mentally and spiritually too.

I am usually hesitant to invest in super expensive gadgets or devices, but one investment I highly recommend is the Oura Ring. What I love most about it is the insight it gives me into my sleep. It provides a simple, easy-to-understand sleep score each morning, which helps me see how well I actually recovered—not just how I feel. It tracks things like:
