2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases or book coaching sessions through this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement. Our magnet kit products are designed for children but must be purchased by a parent or guardian.

3. Products & Orders

3.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately display our products. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders placed based on incorrect information.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of your order.

3.3 Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment

We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards). By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the full order amount. All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the case of damaged products. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@thegracefullykristen.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will review your request and work toward a resolution.

7. Coaching Services

7.1 Scope of Services

Gracefully Kristen offers lifestyle coaching services. Coaching is for personal development and motivational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

7.2 Scheduling & Cancellations

Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking platform. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

7.3 Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except as required by law or to prevent serious harm.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and course materials — is the property of Gracefully Kristen and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
